We, as a medium-sized company with its headquarters in the newly formed German states, are well aware of our responsibility to our society and its social system. That’s why we have been relying on the training of our own junior staff with the target to bind them the long term to the region and of course to our company . We offer these young people a professional perspective and address, which is also a way, among other things, to avoid the problem of migration of staff.
