We, as a medium-sized company with its headquarters in the newly formed German states, are well aware of our responsibility to our society and its social system. That’s why we have been relying on the training of our own junior staff with the target to bind them the long term to the region and of course to our company . We offer these young people a professional perspective and address, which is also a way, among other things, to avoid the problem of migration of staff. Particularly in the context of the lack of specialists we realise how important it is to pay particular attention to the recruiting of junior staff and commit ourselves to that. Our employees have got long-term employment contracts that enable a proactive life planning in all areas.

wta supports furthermore with its economic engagement cultural initiatives like the association “PROVINZKULTUR e.V.”, the sports club “Jugendkraft 03 Albrechts”, the Lautenberg School and the kinder garden "Freier Kindergarten" in Suhl.
